About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Process Technologist to join our Technology Team. The role reports to the Senior Technologist and contributes to product realization through process parameter management.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide technological process management and advice to set up the production cycle.
• Analyze processes and identify corrective actions.
• Act as a central interface to the Senior Technologist and Production Manager for technological improvements and new projects.

Role Execution

• Test new recipes and technological methods.
• Monitor production parameters, collaborating with Technical R&D Category.

Additional Involvement

• Identify and propose areas for growth, such as machinery features and functionalities related to raw materials and semi-finished goods, in collaboration with Technical R&D and Maintenance.

Food Safety & Quality

Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s Degree in Food Science & Technology or Chemical Engineering.
• International mobility experience is a plus.
• Passion and curiosity for the Food sector.
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, fostering intercultural competence.
