We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist registered under the Italian protected categories (Law 68/99), even without prior work experience.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day office management
• Filing and handling of documents and equipment
• Welcoming couriers and suppliers

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive mindset
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of English (A2–B1 level), both spoken and written

Working hours

Morning shift (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) or afternoon shift (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
