The Palace Company Europe is seeking a proactive Tourism Services Manager – Italy to oversee and develop tourism services across its seven properties located in Italy.
The role is responsible for ensuring the effective management, commercial performance, and operational execution of tourism services, with the objective of delivering luxury, exclusivity, and guest satisfaction in line with the brand standards through strategic partnerships and curated high-end experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage commercial alliances with external tourism service providers, negotiating contracts, rates, and commissions in line with the Mexican headquarters' objectives;

  • Under the supervision of the Tourism Service Director, design, develop, and continuously update a portfolio of luxury tourism experiences, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and guest expectations;

  • In collaboration with the Marketing and the Graphic Design teams, implement marketing and sales strategies for tourism services, including the creation and update of brochures and sales materials;

  • Oversee daily tourism services operations across the Italian properties, ensuring service quality, availability, and guest satisfaction;

  • Maintain strong coordination and communication with hotel departments, as well as with corporate sales and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and operational efficiency;

  • Manage contracts, rate sheets, digital platforms, and all related documentation, coordinating with providers to ensure consistent service standards and performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tourism services, hospitality operations, or a similar role;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field;

  • Fluent proficiency in Italian and English; Knowledge of Spanish is a plus;

  • Solid knowledge of < and commercial documentation;

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take responsibility;

  • Ability to work with autonomy under Corporate's guidelines.
