System Administrator & IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

FRI-EL GREEN POWER SPA is a leading company in the field of electricity generation from renewable energies, in particular from wind and solar power sources. To support our team at our headquarters in Bolzano, we are looking for a First & Second Level Support - IT Helpdesk & System Administrator (m/f/d).

Main responsibilities:

• Install Windows operating systems
• Install and set up computer hardware, networks, printers and scanners
• Repair and replace equipment if necessary
• End-user support

Profile requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or a high school diploma with at least one year of professional experience in this field;
• Knowledge of Active Directory or Azure;
• Understanding of network technology and communication protocols;
• Familiarity with Exchange and Office 365 environments;
• Knowledge of VMware and backup systems;
• Willingness to provide technical support to end-users;
• Availability for occasional business trips.

The contract type and salary level will be adjusted according to the profile and experience of the selected candidate.
