  • Fulfill the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures.

He / she will :

  • Take care of the mise en place
  • Support the Maite with service
  • Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service
  • Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the bar layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs

Requirements

  • Effective communication : communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally).
  • Emotional intelligence : demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his / her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations.
  • Adaptability : identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions. Try and adopt new ways of doing things.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in Italian and basic level of English
  • Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
  • Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships
  • Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
  • Seasonal contract according to Italian law "C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi."
