He / she will :
Take care of the mise en place
Support the Maite with service
Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service
Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the bar layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs
Requirements

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in Italian and basic level of English
Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships
Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
Seasonal contract according to Italian law "C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi."
