Maintenance Engineer - Stage

Job Overview

The resource will join the Maintenance Engineering team and will support the planning, management, and optimization of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on the plant's systems, machinery, and infrastructure. The main objective is to ensure the efficiency and reliability of production assets, helping to minimize plant downtime and improve overall productivity.

Responsibilities

• Edit indicators for departmental machinery
• Edit and update the technical structure of machines within the maintenance CMMS
• Inspections and implementation of preventive maintenance plans for machines and their components
• Support the introduction of technology focused on predictive maintenance of systems
• Draft standard procedures to avoid human error
• Monitor maintenance and breakdown costs of single machines in the department
• Collaborate and interact with other departments to align strategies and analyze issues related to SAFETY – QUALITY – CD
• Support implementation of methodologies to eliminate losses (breakdowns and maintenance costs – improvement of OLE and Manufacturing INDEX)

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong problem solving, analytical, communication, and relationship skills and teamwork spirit
