CMMS & Documentation Engineer

Join us as a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) & Documentation Engineer and play a pivotal role in optimizing maintenance operations for a leading paper mill in Lucca, Italy.

Your Role :

Reporting to the Maintenance Development Manager, you will :

• Ensure safe operations and adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
• Lead the development and implementation of the CMMS system (SAP).
• Train and support users and solve SAP-related issues.
• Maintain and update key maintenance data, including equipment registers and spare part linking.
• Standardize maintenance reporting systems and manage document revision processes.
• Collaborate with customer teams to maintain and continuously develop CMMS systems and documentation (drawings, service manuals, instructions, etc.)

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in process industries and maintenance in a mill environment.
• Strong technical background within the engineering field.
• Solid knowledge of SAP systems and a basic understanding of documentation management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Italian knowledge will be considered a plus.
• Enthusiastic and proactive with a commitment to teamwork.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and goal-driven with a willingness to learn new systems.
