Our Client is an innovative biomaterials company focused on developing sustainable alternatives to traditional materials. They partner with brands in fashion, footwear, apparel, and home décor to deliver eco-friendly solutions.

Job Description:

This role will support sales initiatives through managing CRM data, assisting with leads, qualifying opportunities, and sharing sales collateral. The position involves client-facing communication via email and Zoom, averaging around 20 hours per week with flexibility, and has potential for expansion into full-time.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM data entry and ensure accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Evaluate inbound leads, qualify prospects, and prioritize follow-ups.
  • Assist with outreach and send sales collateral to brand partners.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
  • Support client communications and deliver presentations when needed.
  • Track key sales metrics and prepare simple pipeline activity reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams to process sales orders and support fulfillment.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (high proficiency required).
  • Comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com) preferred.

  • Background or interest in sustainable materials, fashion, or related industries.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a growing company environment.

Schedule: Flexible within 9-5 EST

Salary and Benefits:

  • Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility.
  • Potential for transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
  • Hourly rate plus commission opportunities.
  • Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
