We are looking for an Application Support Analyst who will be involved in the current and future delivery support and maintenance of ION and LIST services. You will play a key role in assisting customers both from technical and functional points of view.

Your responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimize existing and new application functions;
  2. Ensure the optimal use of the application by end-users;
  3. Monitor and control the quality of datasets daily;
  4. Be the point of contact for end-users and handle system issues;
  5. Perform incident management;
  6. Configure and test functionalities;
  7. Support the team in defining and analyzing user requirements;
  8. Develop and maintain functional documentation;
  9. Perform user training.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a financial or technical field is preferred;
  2. Experience of at least X years in a similar role in the fintech field;
  3. Basic knowledge of SQL;
  4. Client-focused attitude;
  5. Team player with strong communication and presentation skills;
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  7. Ability to manage pressure;
  8. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Italian;
  9. EU Work Permit;
  10. Willingness to work shifts;
  11. Availability to work on weekends.
