Electrical Maintenance Technician

This Electrical Maintenance Technician position is part of the maintenance team and will report directly to the electrical maintenance Team Captain, working at our Forlì site.

Responsibilities:

The Electrical Maintenance Technician will primarily handle both routine and extraordinary maintenance of industrial systems. Responsibilities include:

• Preventive, predictive, and corrective checks
• Instrumental analyses
• Repairing blockages and malfunctions
• Resolving electrical anomalies

Activities will be carried out in coordination with other functions within the manufacturing areas.

Qualifications:

What you will bring to the team:

• High school diploma in Electronics or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in complex manufacturing environments
• Ability to read electrical drawings and proficiency with main bench tools
• Experience in assembling industrial electrical systems and working on MB Tensione electrical substations
• Accuracy and precision in work
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with peers, subordinates, and management
• Ability to collaborate across departments, respecting rules and people
• Ability to set priorities, analyze reports, and proactively develop solutions
