Project Coordinator

In this role, you will:

• Consolidate team action items and track their completion
• Partner with other project coordinators to standardize reporting and share lessons learned
• Create templates to help partners understand and apply data analysis results
• Ensure documentation is well-organized and accessible
• Manage the annual contract extension matrix, ensuring amendments are completed on time
• Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including real-time progress reporting, trending, data validation, and regional communications
• Prepare reports for executive leadership, highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions based on program data
• Validate imported data and collaborate with partners to update it as necessary
• Support the development and updates of monthly reports
• Assist with vendor programs, including pipeline management, contracts, and onboarding

• Enjoy collecting, interpreting data, and creating automated reports for stakeholders
• Are skilled in using statistical tools to analyze data sets, focusing on trends and patterns for diagnostics and predictive analytics
• Have worked closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform analysis, and deliver complex insights to support strategic decisions
