Responsibilities

• Management of Production Process optimization projects.
• Provide technical support with regard to manufacturing processes, investigations, optimization and problem solving.
• Support to the TRD (Theragnostic Research and Development) department in the development of new products.
• Timely handling of Production Department investigations and deviations.
• Manage Investigations and Troubleshooting in Production Department and ensures corrective and preventive actions are implemented timely.
• Support in the development and implementation of Production Department strategies.
• Ensure Data Integrity in Production Department.
• Support Production Department process optimization and the introduction of new technologies for continuous improvement, acting as Subject Matter Expert of products and processes.
• Review documentation, Master Batch Records, SOP and other procedures concerning the production department. Ensure timely update of SOPs and changes.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to achieve production objectives consistent with GMP (quantity, mix, costs) through verification of the correct application of activity planning.

Qualifications

• Scientific degree.
• Previous experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in Italian. Good knowledge of English.
