May, Potenza, Baran & Gillespie, PC is a midtown law firm looking for an experienced accounting clerk. The four-member accounting team is cross trained in all core functions. This includes, but not limited to, accounts payable and receivable, billing and costs, collections, opening new matters and general accounting administrative support.
Qualifications
Law firm accounting experience is required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with PerfectLaw a plus
Dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
