Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
    • Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
  2. Customer & Partner Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
    • Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
    • Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.
  3. Reporting & Forecasting:
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
    • Track and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates.
    • Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
  4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
    • Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
    • Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members, setting clear KPIs and coaching for improvement.
    • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  2. Strong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations effectively.
  3. Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
  4. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); additional languages are a plus.
  5. Ability to work with clear team objectives, promote collaboration, and accept overseas travel; overseas work experience is preferred.
