ABOUT THE ROLE

The Facility Manager's main mission will be to manage and optimize our relationships with suppliers, primarily with the FM supplier. Based on broad technical knowledge, they will lead daily interactions related to planning, preparation, and field execution in accordance with internal procedures.

The FM is responsible for overseeing infrastructure management activities of data centers, leading technical coordination with all suppliers and collaborating with other FMs and teams.

The scope includes all technical areas within the data center, with critical needs in electricity, low current systems (access control, CCTV), and H&S management, among others.

The FM plays a key role in ensuring the quality of service provided by suppliers, especially regarding continuity.

They will work closely with various suppliers and mainly with the FM company, focusing on: planning maintenance, preparing corrective works (reviewing and validating changes and MOPs when needed, attending dry runs, monitoring BMS installation for performance, supporting other teams on field projects such as construction, service delivery, energy management, and quality and compliance).

The FM will collaborate with the Critical Environment Manager to support incident management from a technical perspective.

FM will be part of the on-call team for Data4.

They will support the CEM and CSM teams by providing information related to maintenance operations, preventive planning, incident management, root cause analysis, action plan tracking, corrective actions, small project follow-up, BMS monitoring, and reporting.
