Overview

Junior Trade Marketing Specialist role at Champion Europe Group. This position is based in Carpi, Modena (Italy) with a temporary contract. We are seeking a driven, energetic candidate to join the team.

Core responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of 360° trade marketing campaigns across wholesale channels (digital and offline)
• Support the organization of activations, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in line with global and local strategies
• Develop and adapt point-of-sale materials, ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact on wholesale accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, retail, visual etc) to ensure timely and consistent execution
• Monitor actions performance and KPIs, providing reporting and insights
• Analyze competitor actions and market trends to identify new opportunities and benchmarks
• Contribute to the annual trade marketing calendar, adapting global guidelines to local needs

Skills and attitudes

• Degree in Trade Marketing, Marketing or related fields
• 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong understanding of retail and omnichannel dynamics
• Project management skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
• Attention to detail and strong organizational mindset
• Ability to manage timelines and stakeholders across different teams
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel (experience with creative tools is a plus)
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Passion for Sport is a must
