We're working with a true leader in research, development, and innovation, and we are looking for a highly experienced Product Design Team Leader to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on future tech, materials and designs to identify future opportunities
• Develop visionary product concepts and analyze consumer trends
• Collaborate with research teams to understand the evolving product landscape
• Develop design strategies and work with experts across fields to bring new innovative products to market

Qualifications

• Masters degree minimum
• Around 8-10+ years industry experience (ideal)
• Some team lead experience
• Strong experience in product design or consumer electronics, focusing on future vision and design identity
• Experience with tools such as Rhino, Adobe, Keyshot and AI tools etc
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Strategic and visionary mindset
