Sales Support Officer

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to work in S&EM Italy, based in Milan.
Responsibilities
- Follow up and monitor hedging activities for national and international industrial customers.
- Interface with internal departments: Regulatory, Billing, Finance, IT, and Credit Risk & KYC-AML.
- Track monthly gas and electricity index updates and report to billing IT systems.
- Calculate monthly final prices of energy components for invoicing and update the internal CRM.
- Manage client relationships, handling requests or claims about technical bills and contracts.
- Operate the IT portal for customer support: create and update contracts, monitor customer data, and maintain master records.
- Provide forecast analysis and final reports to portfolio clients.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support roles within the energy commodity sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical and data management abilities.
- Innovative, digital‑oriented mindset.
- Adaptable, quick learner.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
