Overview

Join to apply for the Agile Coach role at BIP.

For the Agile Coach position, we are recruiting for our Milan and Rome offices.

Agile Coach in the Value Line Agile Transition helps organizations adopt Agile methodologies to drive transformation and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup of an operating model in the Agile transformation, guide its application, and help achieve the main objectives.
  • Facilitate events that improve communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and deliver training and workshops on Agile dynamics (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
  • Coach leadership and teams to maintain a continuous focus on achieving goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience of at least 2 years in the Agile Coach role.
  • In-depth, applied knowledge of main Agile Frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe).
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Startup principles and ability to apply them in structured or transformation contexts.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Design Thinking principles and ability to integrate them into innovation and organizational transformation processes.
  • Experience using key project management and monitoring tools (e.g., Jira, MS Azure DevOps).
  • Experience facilitating complex groups on planning and organizational topics (e.g., Lean portfolio roadmap, Portfolio management).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with references to middle and top management.
  • Excellent command of English.
