Assistant to Explorer / Creative Producer (Full-Year Position – Europe-based)

Remote + Travel Included

I am looking for a highly organized, proactive and reliable Personal & Creative Assistant to support me throughout an exciting year of expeditions, storytelling projects, brand collaborations and documentary production.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with an explorer, photographer and author with a fast-growing international audience (450K+ followers) and ongoing projects with foundations, research missions, sailing expeditions and global brands.

Responsibilities

• Daily support on planning, scheduling, logistics and project coordination.
• Assist with communication, email management, briefing documents and research.
• Support in managing partnerships, sponsors, foundations and media contacts.
• Help organize travel, permits, equipment and expedition logistics.
• Assist during documentary and photography projects (no technical skills required).
• Light content organization for social media (no video editing needed).
• Administrative support and file management.
• Ability to travel occasionally if required.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Italian is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Based in Europe (preferred).
• Genuine interest in storytelling, exploration, nature, conservation or creative projects.
• Available for a long-term collaboration.
