Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing logistics channels with the country manager, ensuring seamless operations in target markets.

Main Responsibilities

• Channel Development: Collaborate with the country manager to develop effective logistics channels that meet business objectives.
• Negotiation and Facilitation: Support commercial negotiations and facilitate business processes to drive growth.
• Process Optimization: Optimize logistics routes and business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to enhance service levels and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or vendor management, with cross-border logistics a plus.
• Familiarity with local logistics providers and market operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in an additional local language a bonus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of logistics cost control, process optimization, and KPI management.
