Part‑Time Clerk II – Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine

This temporary one‑year position (with potential renewal) will join the Community Child Health Unit and support a large‑scale multidisciplinary project on children and their families in disadvantaged areas of Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Community Child Health Unit.
• Assist in coordinating activities for the multidisciplinary project.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working evenings and public holidays when required.
• Prioritize multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of administrative work experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Independent working ability and strong problem‑solving skills.
• IT proficiency; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential issues.
