Service Engineer (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform technical analysis to resolve problems and provide solutions to our customers and Field Service Technicians
• Support the analysis of repetitive issues and determine their root causes and identifying appropriate solutions
• Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring the reliable operation of charging stations
• Identify upgrades and modifications to charging stations as needed, ensuring compliance with standards and performance requirements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or related field.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving electrotechnical and grid-related issues, with a solid understanding of high-voltage electrical systems, grid compliance, and load management.
• Experience with DC fast charging technology and high-voltage systems.
• Knowledge of electric grid compliance, load management, and energy distribution
• Structured approach to work, solution oriented
• Customer focus mindset
• Fluent in English
