Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical assistance and training during installation and troubleshooting.
• Develop technical documentation and multimedia support (e.g., repair videos).
• Collaborate with engineering teams and shipyards to resolve integration issues.
• Act as a technical liaison for complex claims and urgent interventions.
• Lead development projects for new models, from design definition to SOP.
• Define technical specifications and aesthetic features in collaboration with Sales and marketing.
• Coordinate suppliers for molds, matrices, and electronic components.
• Oversee quality assurance and certification processes for new products.
• Support marketing with technical input for product launch materials.
• Proven experience in technical support and product development.
• Strong technical background in mechanical/electrical systems – Experience in the marine sector will be considered an advantage.
• Expertise in supplier negotiation and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for customer and supplier interaction.
• Proficiency in English and Italian; ability to prepare technical documentation – Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
