MJ000019 Italy Sales Manager / Account Manager or Channel Sales

We recruit and work with distributors and key value‑added resellers to drive new business and retain existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and partner with distributors and key value‑added resellers.
  • Motivate and energize channel partners, develop sales and marketing initiatives to increase monthly sales revenue.
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities while maintaining and developing good customer relationships.
  • Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects, and conduct all sales activities needed to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years channel sales, solution selling, or project selling experience in the IT industry; preference for Government sector customers; experience with local famous IT networking distributors or vendors is a plus.
  • Firm, dynamic, results‑oriented with strong achievement motivation.
  • High integrity, target‑focused, able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
