Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and communication
- Use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) to support digital transformation
- Promote Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Provide analysis and consulting support to various business areas
Work mode : 100% remote.
Competenze richieste
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
German language skills.
