To support this growth, we’re looking for a Customer Success Account with excellent English skills, a passion for technology, and a customer-centric mindset. You will join our dynamic team and play a key role in building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. We are seeking someone who is analytical, data-driven, and tech-savvy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage projects independently. Motivation, creativity, initiative, and critical thinking are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of the LetzFair platform. This is not a development role; no coding skills are required.
  • Work with numerous international clients, where English will be the main language of communication.
  • Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication and timely responses to client requests and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, especially product and development, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies to enhance the customer experience and optimize internal processes.
  • Create and manage regular reports and analyses to support the sales team in developing and optimizing strategies.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in roles requiring strong digital hard and soft skills.
  • Proficiency with Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills with the ability to build trust and manage professional relationships effectively.
  • Strong familiarity with digital platforms, SaaS tools, and emerging technologies (AI, apps, algorithms).
  • A plus: proficiency in Spanish, German, or another European language, and interest/experience in the events industry.
  • Availability to work full time at our offices in Reggio Emilia.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Compensation: Annual gross salary range €27,000 - €35,000, with individual OTE and company performance bonuses.
