Main Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to achieve product KPIs and deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Lead complex projects, meeting targets related to time, costs, and quality
• Coordinate activities among stakeholders to bring projects from feasibility to industrialization
• Engage in problem-solving and critical decision-making across cross-functional areas
• Familiarity with Systems Engineering, Electronics, and Software Engineering
• Knowledge of Verification and Validation methods, tools, and strategies

Technical Skills

• Experience with complex and distributed product development processes
• Principles of System, Software, and Electronics Engineering (Audio Engineering is a plus)
• Project Management capabilities
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Stakeholder and customer management
• Critical decision-making and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Verification and Validation methods, tools, and strategies
