Design and contribute to a phased digital adoption and digital dexterity programme with clear roadmaps, KPIs, and milestones aligned to agile delivery.
Develop, deliver, and maintain training materials, enablement sessions, resource hubs, and self‑service content for Microsoft 365 and digital workplace tools.
Drive user adoption through regular engagement, community facilitation, briefings, demos, and hands‑on support for rollouts, feature releases, and AI‑enabled tools.
Monitor adoption through analytics and reporting, capturing user feedback, usage trends, and change impacts to inform continuous improvement.
Skills / Experience Required
10+ years work experience with a minimum 5 years’ experience in digital adoption, change management, user enablement, or digital workplace consulting within large organisations.
Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps, Viva, Copilot, etc.) and delivering M365 training.
Proven ability to design engaging learning content, translate technical concepts into user‑friendly language, and support hybrid/remote workforces.
Experience with adoption analytics, user research, service design, and stakeholder engagement, including senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication in English, facilitation, organisational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
