We are seeking a motivated and customer‑oriented individual to join our team as an Italian‑speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. In this role you will ensure a seamless and positive experience for our Italian‑speaking customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail and phone calls.

Location

• Lisbon, Portugal

Work model

• On‑site (Must be in Portugal or relocate)

Requirements

• Italian C2 level
• English B2 level
• Customer‑centric or sales attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem‑solving abilities
• Adaptability: comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills
