The division comprises specialized consultants with deep training and proven experience in the Good Manufacturing Practices field, ensuring full compliance with FDA and equivalent European quality requirements. Services include Engineering, Commissioning and Qualification, IT Compliance, Process & Quality, advanced therapies, and GxP training. To strengthen the division, we are looking for a Packaging Engineer - Pharma to join our Life Sciences team.

Join our Packaging Engineering team and play a key role in driving innovation, quality, and sustainability across packaging operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and project management for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and Technology Transfer projects.
  • Offer global packaging technical support, focusing on artwork/graphics management and the design of secondary and tertiary packaging.
  • Lead packaging process validation (PPQ) and distribution qualification studies (ASTM testing) for the Latina site and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
  • Manage MSAT documentation, including validation protocols, technical specifications, risk assessments, and technology transfer reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and other global functions to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Partner with packaging material suppliers, promoting innovation and sustainable solutions aligned with the company\'s environmental goals.

Qualifications

Be part of a team with a Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master) in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in packaging engineering, excellent project management skills, and a passion for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
