In Conad, the Junior Digital Marketing & CRM supports the CRM team in the operational activities related to loyalty and communication campaigns directed at customers. The role contributes to improving the customer experience and increasing participation in initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders and acquiring skills in the use of CRM systems and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and launch of CRM campaigns in collaboration with cooperative stakeholders.
• Contribute to setting up campaigns on CRM systems (mechanics configuration and couponing).
• Draft and review texts for DEM, SMS, PUSH and coupons, in partnership with the communication team.
• Collect and monitor campaign performance data, providing basic reporting.
• Assist in analyzing customer segmentation data, focusing on behaviors and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR).

Qualifications

• University degree or studies in Economics, Marketing, Communication or related disciplines.
• Brief experience (including internships) in digital marketing, communication or CRM.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, etc.) or strong motivation to learn them.
• Familiarity with main digital channels (DEM, SMS, social, push notifications).
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in GDPR and sensitivity towards data protection.

Offer Details

• Contract: initial temporary placement, potential hiring.
• Location: Bologna.
• Availability: Full‑time, central office schedule.
