Data & Intelligence Business Line at NTT DATA is seeking a Lead Data Architect AWS.
Your role as a Lead Data Architect AWS will include:
Managing key client relationships
Managing relationships with AWS
Leading the AWS Center of Excellence
Leading Data & Analytics AWS projects
Supporting recruitment efforts
Supporting value proposition development
Supporting the development of skills and capabilities, such as:
Designing data platforms on AWS data stores like Redshift, DynamoDB, RDS, S3
Designing operations architecture and conducting performance engineering for large-scale data lakes in production environments
Applying the Well-Architected Framework to solution design and implementation
Creating and maintaining optimal data pipeline architectures by designing and implementing data ingestion solutions on AWS using native services (e.g., GLUE, Lambda) or data management technologies (e.g., Talend, Informatica)
Participating in client design workshops and providing trade-offs and recommendations for building solutions
Mentoring other engineers in coding best practices and problem-solving
Required Skills
Proven experience in data analytics, preferably from consulting firms
At least 5 years of experience managing a team of BI/data analysts up to senior level
Experience working in an AWS cloud-native environment
Knowledge of Big Data architectures, both cloud and on-premise
Experience with AWS infrastructure and networking
Experience with AWS services such as Kinesis, Kafka, Database Migration Service
Experience with AWS storage services like S3, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB
Experience with AWS compute services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS
Experience in building and delivering proofs-of-concept to address specific business needs
Experience migrating workloads from on-premise to cloud
Experience monitoring distributed infrastructure using AWS tools or open-source tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK stack
Experience with Agile methodologies and Kanban
Strong skills in data manipulation and BI tools
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience dealing with top management
Proactive, with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
