Finance & Accounting Manager – FMCG

Overview

A key member of the senior leadership team, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing Operations, and the CEO to drive decision making, effective operations, and profitable growth. We are a fast-growing leading producer of healthy beverages in Bali, with aggressive expansion plans.

The Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager is responsible for all areas of finance, including accounting, accounting systems, tax, HR, purchasing, regulatory compliance, investor relations, as well as management reporting and investment analysis. You will join a team of 3 professionals, as well as providing cross-functional guidance to other business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key provider of high-quality and timely management reporting to drive quality decision-making.
• Oversee all areas of finance, including accounting, accounting systems, tax, HR, purchasing, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and financial analysis.
• Provide cross-functional guidance to other business leaders and support the leadership team in strategic decision making.
• Support scalable operations to sustain the company’s upward growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial and tax experience in a quality organization, with a track record of leading a finance and accounting team and achieving results.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, timely management reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing operations is preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of income tax and sales tax regulation is critical.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, business analysis, accounting systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Accounting degree from an accredited university with a high GPA.
• Preference for candidates currently residing in Bali; no relocation package is provided.
• Flexible/leveraged compensation is available for the right candidate.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant accounting software.
• Ability to lead independently and guide a team while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
