INTRODUCTION

JOB PURPOSE

Take a leading role in growing and shaping the Burberry business across Independent partners in Europe. You will drive both seasonal and in-season sales, strengthen key account relationships, and play a crucial part in defining and executing the regional strategic plan. Your focus will be on maximising sales performance, profitability, and sell-through, while consistently elevating Burberry’s brand presence across the Independent network.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Execution

  • Build and nurture strong partnerships, fostering collaboration and mutual long-term growth.
  • Ensure seamless and premium execution of Burberry’s brand strategy across all multibrand environments.
  • Analyse sales trends and key account performance to identify areas of opportunity and expansion.
  • Regularly track sales and stock levels, implementing strategic in-season actions to drive sell-through and profitability.
  • Partner with the Wholesale Product Manager to share insights on product performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Lead post-season reviews with partners, highlighting opportunities to elevate retail execution and sell-out performance.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to deliver impactful brand activations in high-priority locations.
  • Collaborate with Credit and Customer Operations to ensure timely shipments and payments, protecting account health and minimising financial risk.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the full preparation and execution of wholesale market activities during the Paris markets.
  • Provide regional and corporate stakeholders with valuable insights, including market trends, competitor intelligence, and hindsight analysis.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Fluent in spoken and written Italian & English.
  • Strong experience within luxury wholesale management.
  • Proven success in developing and managing independent multibrand accounts.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and deliver increased profitability.
  • Effective collaborator who works seamlessly with both external partners and internal teams.
  • Genuine passion for Burberry, luxury fashion, and delivering excellence.
