We are looking for an IT Supervisor, to join our team.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Manage IT projects assigned by management, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Provide technical support to users both on-site and remotely, handling IT requests and collaborating with vendors for prompt resolution. When needed, assist hotel guests, delivering professional and customer-focused service
  • Monitor and ensure continuity of IT services, intervening directly or coordinating recovery activities with major software providers in compliance with SLAs
  • Perform regular checks to ensure security and compliance with company policies
  • Install and configure IT assets, working closely with the ICT team to manage standard changes and advanced requests
  • Participate in audits of information systems, supporting review and compliance processes
  • Oversee seasonal opening and closing activities, including installation, configuration, and verification of workstation connections to ensure full IT operability across departments. At the end of the season, manage the disassembly and removal of equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve faults in hardware and audiovisual equipment, including IP phones, smart TVs, IP cameras, and other tech devices, ensuring timely restoration of full functionality
  • Configure software and assist users in the use of digital tools
  • Apply Belmond Group IT procedures, actively contributing to continuous service improvement
