Backed by the Pan-European Infrastructure Fund III (PEIF III) and managed by DWS Infrastructure, our mission is to establish a network of premium, regionally distributed data centers in digitally strategic cities like Rome, Milan, and Bologna.

We serve a wide range of clients including manufacturing companies, financial institutions, large local and multinational enterprises, hyperscalers and IT service providers and do it with a forward-looking approach, where people, technology and data come together to embrace the digital wave.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As our Procurement & Facility Manager you will be at the heart of keeping our business running smoothly, strategically and practically.

• Take ownership of procurement and facilities, from negotiating contracts to keeping our space running.
• Shape and roll out smart policies, supplier standards, and processes that make life easier for everyone.
• Keep our workplace safe, efficient, and inspiring — whether that is through seamless daily operations or leading refurbishment projects.
• Drive smarter, greener strategies that manage costs wisely, reduce risks, and improve sustainability.
• Work side by side with teams across the business to deliver practical solutions that really meet their needs.
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and service providers, making sure we get the best value, quality, and innovation.
• Manage budgets and performance with a sharp eye on results, always using data to guide decisions.
• Lead with balance – strategic when it counts, hands-on when it helps. Sometimes even with a broom or screwdriver.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar. Master’s or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience: 7–10 years in procurement and/or facility management (3+ years in a senior role), ideally within multi-country operations in data centers, facilities, or infrastructure.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Italian (extra languages are a plus).
• Network: Solid relationships with suppliers, service providers, and facility partners in Italy (and Europe).
• Skills: Strong procurement know-how, contract law knowledge, supplier management, facility standards. Proven results in cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Leadership style: Hands-on, solutions-focused, collaborative, and curious.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, structured, reliable, and open to growth and change.
