Role and Responsibilities

• Transport guests’ luggage and handle vehicle parking.
• Clean and organize common spaces, both internal and external.
• Perform ordinary maintenance tasks.
• Unload goods and organize the hotel’s storage, including returning linens from the laundry.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ proven experience as a Porter or Hotel Receptionist.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Language skills: Italian, English, French.
• Strong communication abilities to interact correctly with guests and internal departments.
• Preferred: resident or domiciled in the work area.
