Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and optimize GaN power amplifiers
• Conduct research on emerging GaN technologies and materials
• Perform chip-level trade-offs and system performance analysis
• Develop and execute lab and field tests
• Contribute to publications, patents, and technological innovation

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Microwave Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Proven experience in GaN PA design and analysis
• Hands-on expertise with simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, Cadence)
• Strong knowledge of RF theory, transistor specs, and system-level performance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
