Job Description:

This Electrical Maintenance Technician position is part of the maintenance team and reports directly to the electrical maintenance Team Captain. The technician will be integrated within our team of electricians at our Forlì site.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of industrial systems.
• Conducting preventive, predictive, and corrective checks in coordination with other functions.
• Performing instrumental analyses, repairing blockages and malfunctions, and resolving electrical anomalies.

Qualifications:

What you will bring to the team:

• High school diploma in Electronics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in complex manufacturing companies.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and proficiency with main bench tools.
• Experience in assembling industrial electrical systems and working on MB Tensione electrical substations.
• Accuracy, precision, and good communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with peers, subordinates, and management.
• Ability to prioritize, analyze reports, and proactively provide solutions.
