The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
As a Delivery Consultant, you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to each customer. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will lead the implementation process, ensure adherence to best practices, optimize performance, and manage risks throughout the project.

- Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of cloud computing technologies experience.
- 3+ years of experience in any combination of application security frameworks, identity and access controls, incident response, mobile security, cloud computing and security, AI security, threat intelligence, and penetration testing.
- 1+ year in automating security operations including scripting and automation to build scalable and secure environments, automating security assessments and remediation workflows, and implementing security policies as code.
- 1+ year in advanced incident response leading detection and analysis and managing eradication processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and building applications using AWS services such as Lambda, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in automation through DevOps scripting (e.g., shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell).
- Experience with compliance & security standards including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- AWS Professional level certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, Certified Security Specialty) preferred.
- Implementation experience with enterprise security solutions such as WAF, IPS, Anti‑DDoS, SIEM.
