SENIOR IT SPECIALIST

Overview

Rollon Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Specialist to support the IT Manager in managing and evolving the company’s IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for strategic and operational activities, with a focus on networking, cybersecurity, data center management, and second-level technical support.

Responsibilities

• Networking: Manage and configure network infrastructure based on Aruba technology; Monitor performance and troubleshoot network issues
• Cybersecurity: Implement and manage security solutions using Microsoft and Fortinet technologies; Monitor threats and enforce security policies
• Data Center & Infrastructure Management: Administer Active Directory, DNS, and Azure integration; Manage physical and virtual servers, backups, and disaster recovery
• Second-Level IT Support: Resolve complex issues escalated from first-level support; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational continuity
• Collaboration & Travel: Interact with international teams; Available for occasional travel to foreign company sites

Qualifications

• Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Aruba, Microsoft 365 / Azure, and Fortinet technologies
• Excellent command of Active Directory, DNS, networking, and IT security
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration skills
