Role Description:

Role Description: Tender Specialist support and coordinate public and private tender processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of high-quality offers. Below are the core responsibilities that come with this position:

• Daily review of tender publications to identify new business opportunities and gather relevant market information.
• Preparing and coordinating tender documentation, including both commercial and technical proposals, in compliance with client requirements.
• Ensuring alignment of offers with provided specifications, monitoring tender progress and deadlines, and performing final quality checks before submission.
• Acting as the main point of contact for sales-related tender inquiries and coordinating the flow of information between department

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of tender management applications, spreadsheets and databases
• Supplier and contract management experience
• Fluent English – in plus
• Prior exposure to medical device tender management considered an advantage
