Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Guide customers through product inquiries and services, ensuring clarity and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary

Requirements
