Tour Expert - Cruise Ships

Location: Onboard international cruise ships (global destinations)

Contract: Fixed-term (5 months ±1), full-time. Contract length: 4-6 months.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote shore excursions
• Coordinate and support guests during onshore activities
• Ensure safety, satisfaction, and smooth logistics
• Provide translations and assist with guest needs

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in EU (EU-passport holders) – The company does not provide visa
• Experience in sales or tourism
• Fluent in English, Italian, and either German or French
• Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese) a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to live and work onboard throughout the contract
