Position

The ICT Specialist for SAP S/4HANA in the administrative domain is a specialized figure responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the SAP S/4HANA ERP system, focusing on administrative, accounting and financial processes. The role is involved in the migration project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and configure the SAP S/4HANA application (administrative/accounting modules)
• Analyze and optimize administrative processes
• Collaborate with SAP vendors and consultants
• Manage interfaces with other corporate systems
• Provide user support and internal training
• Test, validate and release new features

Requirements

Technical Competencies

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (administrative modules)
• Ability to analyze and map administrative processes

Soft Competencies

• Team working and effective communication
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Orientation toward continuous improvement
• Good knowledge of English

Education and Experience

• University degree (triennial or magisterial) in Economics, Computer Science, Management Engineering or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA in an administrative/accounting context
• SAP certifications are a plus
