We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers.

  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers remotely or on-site.
  • Efficiently handle customer complaints by remote instruction or onsite trouble shooting.
  • Assist customers with product installation and operation.
  • Design product brochures, operation manuals, and videos to enhance the customer experience.
  • Perform other duties assigned by leadership.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
