Responsibilities

• Organize meetings, calls, travel, and other key business activities involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle and store digital documentation to ensure a smart, fool‑proof archive that can be navigated in a flash.
• Shortlist, manage, and answer emails, keeping the communication with external stakeholders prompt and on‑point.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and mark actionables so that key takeaways and workflows are properly tracked and followed up on.

Qualifications

• Reasoning ability: You can solve complex problems by thinking from first principles, structuring ideas sharply, resisting biases, and focusing on details that matter.
• Drive: You’re extremely ambitious, matching initiative, effort, and tenacity to the intensity of your ambition. You feel deeply responsible for your work and hold yourself to a high, rising bar.
• Team spirit: You give generously and without the expectation of receiving in return, support the best idea, and always get your hands dirty to help your team. You’re reliable, honest, and transparent.
• Fluent English and Italian: You read and write fluently in both languages.

After that, you’re welcome to work from our offices in Milan or London, or remotely from approved countries—depending on what we agree at the offer stage.
