IT Service Continuity Specialist

Overview

IT Service Continuity Specialist role at Banca Mediolanum within the IT Service Continuity (IT SC) Team of the ICT Division. You will support the management, monitoring and evolution of IT continuity solutions in response to crisis scenarios, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and updating of Business & IT Continuity plans.
• Collaborate on organizing and monitoring Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery tests, including periodic verification of IT continuity solutions.
• Contribute to gathering and consolidating Business Impact Analyses (BIA) for the ICT Division, supporting alignment with internal regulations.
• Participate in the introduction and evolution of new IT continuity solutions.
• Support drafting and updating technical documentation, minutes, KPIs and PdC, sharing outcomes with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Informatics/Management) or related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Risk Management.
• Foundations of IT infrastructure (systems, networks, databases).
• Good proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Intermediate English (B1/B2), sufficient to manage technical documentation and professional interactions.
• Accuracy, problem solving, teamwork, proactivity and openness to change.
• Ability to interact with diverse interlocutors (BC Office, IT teams, external suppliers).

Certifications (nice to have)

• ITIL Foundation. Certifications in Business Continuity (e.g., CBCI). Basic knowledge of various infrastructural assets (servers, storage, network, virtual environments, backup systems).

What you will do and where

The IT Service Continuity Team defines, tests and evolves IT continuity solutions. This role provides direct experience in ICT operational continuity management in a structured setting, collaborating with various company teams.

Location and work mode

Basiglio – Milano 3 City; possibility of partial Smart Working (2 days per week).
