About The Role

As Project Quality Engineer, you will work closely with the Technical Department and Project Managers, reporting to the QA/QC Lead. You will be responsible for ensuring that data center projects comply with customer and regulatory requirements. You will participate in defining and implementing processes from scratch and contribute to the creation of sustainable data centers.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain the DATA4 Project Quality Plan for data center and infrastructure projects in accordance with the Design and Construction department's key processes, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits.
  • Monitor the actions of the prime contractor and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance, track risks, and make suggestions for mitigation.
  • Promote quality awareness and provide training within the project team.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality project reports to management and clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Lead lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in engineering, with 3–5 years of technical experience.
  • Solid experience in quality management.
  • Previous experience in industry, oil & gas, data centers, or construction companies is mandatory.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards; auditing experience required. Must be qualified as a lead auditor.
  • Knowledge of problem-solving and risk management techniques.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge, experience, or certification is a plus.
